Our comprehensive, multi-step hiring process is designed to identify, assess, and clear top-tier candidates, ensuring our clients receive highly qualified employees. From targeted sourcing and rigorous screening to in-depth assessments and background checks, we handle every stage with precision and efficiency. Plan

First we work with each client to create a staffing plan tailored to their unique goals, budget, and timeline. We utilize this plan to develop job advertisements tailored to the position requirements. All ads are reviewed and approved by the client before they go live.

Assess

We monitor submissions from the ads to create a shortlist of candidates who meet the position criteria and perform preliminary interviews to asses their qualifications and suitability for the role.

Test

As part of our assessment we administer relevant tests to gauge each candidates skills and aptitude. This trims the candidate shortlist to only the most qualified potential employees.

Interview

The shortlist of candidates and all assessed information is submitted to the client for review. We then arrange and facilitate in-office interviews between the client and selected candidates, along with providing general compliance tips based on your location to support a smooth and professional interview process.

Background Check

When the client has selected one or more candidates, we then initiate a full background check process. Once the prospective employee has been cleared we notify the client who can then engage that candidate for employment.

Interview Guidance

Hiring laws can vary significantly by state—and it’s easy to unintentionally ask a question that crosses a line. To help protect your practice, we offer interview compliance guidance based on your location. Our team researches relevant federal and state-level restrictions to help you understand what’s appropriate to ask during candidate interviews.
